Superior Quality Tours: We understand how important your travel holidays are and we promise to do everything in our power to provide you with an excellent private tour. We personally guarantee quality by traveling extensively to meet with the owners, tour managers and local guides and take these tours ourselves. This hands-on approach ensures the high standards and quality that is expected by our clients. We solicit our past client’s comments and make adjustments if warranted. As unlikely as it is, if for some reason you are not satisfied with a tour, we promise to work with you to find a fair resolution.

Fair Prices: We work very hard to secure the best prices for our clients. Please compare our prices to the cruise line’s “private tours” or other companies “private tours”. Before you make your reservation, if you find a better advertised price on a comparable tour, let us know. We promise to work with you to find a fair price, or understand the differences between the comparisons.

You Won’t Miss Your Ship: We began offering Private Shore Trips in 2005 and we have never had a client miss their ship. Tour itineraries and timing are designed to ensure both your safety and on-time arrival back to the ship. Please note that we do require all tours be completed a minimum of 1 hour before your ship’s planned departure.
